Once we have started our communication and determine a Shoreland dog will be a good fit for your family, a deposit is required to hold your place for a puppy from one of our litters. These deposits are non-refundable unless we cannot produce a puppy for you within six months of receiving your deposit. If the deposit is for a certain color/gender, please be aware that we cannot alway predict which colors/genders we will get from our litters, so this could take up to one year if you have a specific request. For this reason, we encourage potential puppy owners to contact us well in advance to ensure your spot on our waiting list. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We occasionally have young adults or retired older dogs available to loving retirements homes as great additions to a new family. We do not take our placements lightly, as we have given these dogs an amazing upbringing and sometimes years of love and care. There is no rehoming fee, however they will be required to be spayed/neutered once rehomed in lieu of rehoming fee. They are housebroken, crate trained and up to date on all vaccinations. If you are looking for an older dog please contact us!
